About the Role
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you’ll work with a dynamic portfolio of UK and international clients across various sectors. You’ll lead complex advisory projects, manage cross-border teams, and deliver high-impact solutions in areas such as:
* Business reorganisations and jurisdiction entry
* Fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2)
* Refinancing and interest deductibility
* Tax authority enquiries and cash repatriation
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to UK corporation tax compliance and reporting.

✅ Collaborate with Partners, Directors & Senior Managers
✅ Lead advisory projects and manage multi-disciplinary teams
✅ Build strong client relationships
✅ Coach and develop junior staff
✅ Oversee engagement quality, risk, and financials

🎓 CTA, ACA/CA or equivalent qualification
