Bid ManagerI am working with the UK’s fastest growing privately owned Soft FM service provider, driven by a highly successful business development unit, including a small, but effective bid team. They have clear goals and ambitions to become the UK's market leading owner operated FM company and are now looking for a new Bid Manager to assist with their development.LocationThis will be hybrid working on-site in Leeds, three days a week in the office two from home.This role will• Manage the bid cycle from opportunity identification, through bid production, to submission.• Monitoring for new opportunities, notifying colleagues in sales, evaluating opportunities, supporting the bid/no bid process, and reporting bid statistics.• Lean on excellent writing and evaluation skills, being able to produce compelling copy for bids and support colleagues in producing high quality bid documents.• Report directly to senior management with any business risks including that identified in RFP's.• Read and understand requirements from high level RFP’s/RFI’s/EOI’s.Desired skills and experience• Experience of writing and understanding of bids and proposals• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write clearly for an international audience; an excellent eye for detail.• Understand SQ and PQQ documents• Experience of bidding for facilities management clients and contractsBenefits• Wide range of benefits within health, family, finance, and personal development• Open opportunities and intensive training on Bid principles• Exposure to senior technical and commercial stakeholdersTo apply for this position please click easy apply or email me directly at hayley@3search.co.uk
