Housing Disrepair Litigator This modern civil litigation firm in the heart of Liverpool has a very exciting opening for a confident and experienced Litigator/Solicitor/Litigation Executive to join its established Housing Disrepair team. The firm is recognised across Merseyside for its high-quality work and providing an outstanding service to clients. Your new role will see you focusing on a housing disrepair caseload from the introduction of the claims right through to settlement or trial. You'll be a confident Litigator, experienced in handling your own litigated caseload and have seen a claim through the entire life cycle many times! It is essential for the development of your career and the team that you are a confident, autonomous litigator with a sound knowledge and understanding of the litigation process.
