As part of a B2B Customer Service team, your role will focus on building excellent relationships with our customers, ensuring the end to end process of their orders is completed within timescale. You would be resolving any customer issues via phone and email or through the IT systems in place.
You will assist with the placement of orders, amendments and communicate with the customer and other departments to deliver the highest standard of service to retain and organically grow the customer base.
Always greeting customers warmly and professionally. Holding regular calls, to reach out to existing customers, to verify order information and update them on their order flow.

This is initially a 12 month contract covering maternity leave. Start date is as soon as possible, full training will be given, we only ask for previous Customer Services experience, preferably in an office environment and have good Maths and English skills.
