Assembly Operative - Composite Door Manufacturing
Location: Brigg
Hours: Rotational Shifts
* Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (Friday off)
* Week 2: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour
We're looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our team in Brigg, where we manufacture high-quality composite doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with real potential for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble composite doors using hand and power tools
* Use scanning devices to track and manage components
* Perform manual tasks including lifting, fitting, and quality checks
* Meet daily production targets
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
