What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £ £13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
* Monday to Friday shifts with alternate weekends off
* Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Your Role:
As our Front of House Champion, you'll create a vibrant, engaging, and hospitable environment. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents and families, coordinate memorable mealtime experiences, support daily activities, and be the friendly face that makes everyone feel at home.
What You'll Do:
* Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Personalise resident experiences, celebrating special moments like "Resident of the Day"
* Support mealtimes, ensuring dignity and independence
* Help plan and promote fun activities and events
* Act as a vital link between residents, families, and staff
* Keep our communal areas inviting and comfortable
* Uphold safety, dignity, and professionalism at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in hospitality or customer service
* Passion for caring for older people and enhancing their quality of life
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, empathetic, and professional attitude
* Basic IT and organisational skills
