The Fix Creative are working with a brand new client in the East Midlands of the UK .


They are a well-established and trusted creative agency in the brand, strategic, TV, Digital and retail sector with over 25 years of success. They come across as a very solid business model and loyal client base which have clearly been key to their long-term stability and growth.


My client pride themselves on building lasting relationships—some of their clients have been with us since the very beginning. Let me assure you they are no standing still: currently have growth plans and they are working on some exciting, high-profile campaigns that push creative boundaries and deliver real results.


This means they are looking for a add an additional Senior Creative Designer to their team, someone with conceptual skills, art direction, photo shoots, product launches (preferably in the sport and outdoor sector, but not essential!), strong brand positioning experience, video shoots, storyboards.


Senior Creative Designer

Location: Leicester studio (4 days in-office, optional Fridays remote)


What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee major creative projects across branding, campaigns, and immersive retail experiences.

Work closely with the Creative Leads and Creative Director to develop ideas, direct creative sessions, and define visual direction.

Craft compelling concepts and campaign copy - from headlines and taglines to brand language frameworks.

Present ideas with confidence and clarity in both internal reviews and client meetings.

Mentor and inspire less-experienced creatives, helping them refine their creative thinking and presentation skills.

Collaborate with strategy and account teams to ensure every idea is insight-led and aligned with client objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously - balancing creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, demanding creative agency.

Proven ability to art-direct campaigns and brand activations that deliver standout results.

Exceptional conceptual and copywriting ability - from big campaign ideas to nuanced brand storytelling.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects); Cinema4D or similar experience a bonus.

Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insight into creative opportunities.

Comfortable presenting to senior clients and leading pitches with confidence and persuasion.

Experience working across multiple sectors - ideally sport, outdoor, footwear, and retail.

A positive, proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt across diverse creative challenges.
