Senior Sous Chef great work life balance only 2 evenings a week
This unique establishment has a casual dining restaurant open for light lunches, a more formal restaurant offering a full a la carte menu and they hold a Dining Club with a wine paired meal accompanied by live music.

The menus are all prepared using local, seasonal produce and the menus change seasonally. The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have previous experience within a rosette awarded kitchen and feel passionately about cooking with fresh, local produce.
Other requirements for the Senior Sous Chef will include, assisting with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen and taking full control in the Head Chefs absence, menu design, costing, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the team.
