Working hours: This is a permanent, full time opportunity, working 37 hours a week.
Location: King Street, Norwich. Regular travel to other offices across the Bromford Flagship Geographic is required.
As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will lead and deliver Flagship’s Outright Sale and Low-Cost Home Ownership sales programmes, while overseeing an effective aftercare service that puts customers first. As a key member of the Development Senior Management Team, you will shape and implement clear sales and marketing strategies, responding proactively to market change and ensuring outstanding operational delivery. You will manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and use performance insight to maximise value for money. Working closely with internal teams, board committees and external partners, you will support the Managing Director in delivering the wider business plan and strengthening the Flagship Homes brand as a provider of choice.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver Flagship’s Outright Sale and Low-Cost Home Ownership sales programmes and oversee aftercare services.
* Shape and implement clear sales and marketing strategies; respond proactively to market change and ensure operational delivery.
* Manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and use performance insight to maximise value for money.
* Collaborate with internal teams, board committees and external partners to support the Managing Director and strengthen the Flagship Homes brand.
Qualifications
* Significant senior-level experience within housing development, including outright sale and low-cost home ownership.
* A strong understanding of housing design, specification and the end-to-end sales and aftercare journey.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven strategic and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering value for money.
* Strong analytical and IT skills, using performance insight to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
* The ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
* A relevant professional qualification and/or degree.
* A full UK driving licence.
