The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process—managing buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals through to completion. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors Manage enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Deliver engaging, informative property tours Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties Progress sales through to completion Provide expert advice on local market conditions and pricing Work towards personal and branch sales targets Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, estate agency, or customer-facing roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, personable, and target-driven Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent service Highly organised with good attention to detail A proactive, self-motivated approach Knowledge of the St Albans property market (or willingness to learn) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Salary & Benefits £20,000–£30,000 basic salary (DOE) Realistic OTE of £50,000 Uncapped commission structure Ongoing training and development Clear career progression opportunities Supportive, team-focused environment Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturdays on a rota (with time off in lieu) ⭐ Why Join?
