Operations Coordinator Brize Norton - Onsite Permanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits Due to the growth in recent years of our Drainage division and a required reconfiguration of the team and their associated roles, we now require a dedicated Operations Co-ordinator / Planner to support our growing planned and reactive service businesses. This role sits within Operations, working closely with the associated Operations Manager and our Contract Managers to ensure the successful delivery of Client services. This will involve the responsibility for planning works orders daily, best utilising our network of engineers to deliver on-time and high-quality delivery of works. More about the role: Co-ordinating operatives / engineer's daily schedules to deliver on-time, high-quality services. Work with Operations Manager to ensure best utilisation of operatives / engineers. Support Contract Managers to address Client work order requests. Provide data or reports in relation to reviewing status of the planned and reactive work order. Input into the development of policy and procedures to continuously improve quality and consistency of services delivered. Participate in the one call duty manager rota for out of hours and weekend emergency call outs (1 week every 2 months). Any other duties for which the operations coordinator is qualified and capable of undertaking.
