We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Warrington. The role delivers high‑quality and efficient work while ensuring top‑tier customer service.
Responsibilities
* Sequencing, programming and planning on every project.
* Ongoing audits of workflow.
* Detailed review and preparation of final accounts to ensure the desired Gross Profit is achieved.
* Keep the contract plan up to date.
* Maintain the WIP report to ensure an accurate reflection of the ongoing works.
* Prepare and update a monthly invoice index.
* Responsible for all Contractual Administrations for all projects.
