We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of a large business services organisation. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on delivering high-impact digital campaigns that generate quality leads and support sales growth. You'll work closely with marketing leadership and commercial heads to bring go-to-market plans to life across a range of digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver targeted, multi-channel campaigns to support sales pipeline growth
Create compelling content across web, social, email, and digital ads
Collaborate with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies for Software and Security offerings
Identify and segment audiences to drive engagement and generate high-quality leads
Support demand generation through value-led content and campaign activity
Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategy based on results
Stay current on industry trends to ensure marketing remains relevant and competitive
Leverage tools like CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to optimise performance
What You’ll Bring
Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B business services
Confident managing end-to-end campaigns across the full marketing funnel
Proficiency in using CRM and automation tools
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
