Overview

The role: You will lead the end-to-end management of acquisition projects, overseeing due diligence, migration, transition, and integration activities. This role ensures that all acquisitions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives, safeguarding quality of care and regulatory compliance throughout the process. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, advisors, and regulators.

* Management of the project transition budget.
* Management of the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
* Oversee all aspects of due diligence across all workstreams.
* Achievement of transaction exchange and completion on time.
* Liaise with the Care UK legal team to agree responsibilities regarding the review of all agreements.
* Achieve care regulator registration (CQC, CIS or CIW as required).
* Ensure all TSA arrangements are established in readiness for Completion.
* Facilitate a knowledge exchange between all workstreams and the seller.
* Delivery of the operations plan (Ops, quality, hotel services).
* Execution of rebranding.
* Standardise to Care UK ways of working to improve quality of service, customer experience and financial performance.


Qualifications

* Proven track record of leading large-scale acquisitions, mergers, or integrations (preferably within health or social care).
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple sites.
* Excellent project management and programme delivery skills.
* Collaborative leader with the ability to influence at all levels / multiple sites.
