CCP are delighted to be supporting a growing car finance company with the appointment of a confident and ambitious Contact Centre Agent to join their team ASAP. The role is based on the outskirts of Cardiff with ample parking and good public transport links available. The working hours are 9am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday. During probation the role is based on site, moving onto a hybrid arrangement thereafter (preferably Monday to Wednesday in the office).
The successful Contact Centre Agent will deal with a wide range of enquiries related to car finance arrangements. You will be required to develop a large product knowledge base and by understanding various processes and procedures, be able to make sound decisions to handle each call on an individual basis. Please note, finance and DBS checks will be completed for any successful candidates.
