Overview
As the Subject Leader for Art and Photography at Thomas Deacon Academy, you will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the Art and Photography curriculum. You will provide day-to-day leadership under the guidance of the Head of Department, manage resources efficiently, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning. Your role includes designing the subject intent, planning and sequencing the curriculum, and monitoring the quality of teaching.
Qualifications and Requirements
* QTS
* Extensive knowledge of Art and Photography
* Experience in planning and delivering schemes of work
* Strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and enthuse young people, and a commitment to raising educational achievement
