Compensation
* Up to $150,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead development of EI&C design standards, templates, and specifications
* Oversee design deliverables to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals
* Mentor and supervise engineering and design staff
* Coordinate across engineering disciplines and construction teams
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Experience in substation, power delivery, or protection & controls
* Strong understanding of cross-discipline engineering workflows
* Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing teams
* Ability to evaluate and implement new design technologies and tools to improve engineering efficiency and accuracy
