THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a well‑rounded Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading team and handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters. You will be acting on behalf of a range of clients and be advising on all types of matters associated with commercial litigation, for example:
* breach of contract claims
* professional negligence
* injunctions
* shareholder disputes
Joining a tier 1 team, you will be driven, ambitious and looking for a role where you can see your career flourish.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who have recently qualified or have up to 4 years PQE in dealing with commercial litigation related matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a firm recognised for its commercial litigation offerings.
