* Own and embed clear planning frameworks, standards and cross‑functional planning forums that support consistent, high‑quality delivery across Communications, Brand, Digital and Voice of the Customer.
* Deliver strong performance visibility through dashboards, reporting and evaluation, ensuring insight is captured and used to inform strategic planning, continuous improvement and decision‑making.
* Act as the central point of coordination across teams and directorates, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to align activity, reduce duplication, resolve conflicts and protect the organisation’s reputation.
What can we offer you?
* Hybrid working opportunities, giving you the flexibility to work collaboratively in the office and remotely.
* Annual bonus schemes, long service, and colleague recognition awards.
* 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
* In‑house training and support, and access to external qualifications to maximise your potential.
* Well‑being package: 1 day of paid well‑being leave and free access to the 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.

* Flexible Benefits Scheme offering Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Health Cash Plan, Dental Insurance, and additional pension contributions.
* 2 days of paid volunteering leave.
* Access to discounts from the Blue Light Card to NHS Discounts.
What skills will help you thrive in this role?
* Strategic communications and integrated planning expertise, with experience planning complex, multi‑channel communications programmes in large or matrixed organisations. Confident using structured planning tools and templates (integrated comms plans, work management tools e.g. Monday.com, campaign roadmaps, editorial calendars, RAID logs).
* Insight‑driven prioritisation and judgement, with analytical ability to analyse performance and audience data to inform planning decisions. Experienced with Google Analytics, social and digital performance dashboards, campaign evaluation reports and audience insight tools.
* Planning governance, workflow and performance management capability, experienced in designing and maintaining planning frameworks, standards and processes. Comfortable with planning and reporting systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
* High‑quality reporting and evaluation skills, translating complex data into clear, concise, actionable insight. Skilled in producing reports, dashboards and presentations for senior audiences.
* Collaborative leadership, resilience and adaptability, able to act as a trusted partner across Communications, Brand, Digital, Voice of the Customer and wider directorates. Comfortable influencing at senior levels, managing competing priorities, working with ambiguity, and maintaining focus and professionalism in a fast‑paced environment.
