Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
* Participate in recruiting and developing a skilled store team.
* Provide feedback and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
* Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth store operations.
* Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
* Oversee financial tasks to support store success.
* Step in for the Store Manager when necessary to ensure continuous operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Must be 18+ years old in certain states; 21+ in others.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
* Auto insurance on the vehicle and listed as an insured driver.
* Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
* Fluent in English with basic math skills.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Eagerness to learn, especially for those in Tennessee interested in Topshelf Manager Training.
