What You'll Be Doing

* Adopt a multi‑agency service delivery approach where required to enhance the community and improve lives.
* Work with partner agencies, such as police, councillors, local authorities, children services, education, faith denominations, family welfare, primary health care and voluntary groups to ensure positive outcomes.
* Use all suitable remedies to resolve tenancy breaches, including issuing tenancy warnings and notices; prepare court paperwork and represent CHP in court action against customers if necessary.
* Ensure that shared spaces are safe, clean and well‑maintained through regular inspections and engagement with customers, other CHP teams, contractors and local stakeholders (fire and building safety, cleaning, refuse collection, grounds maintenance).
* Carry out minor building repairs, clear discarded items from CHP shared spaces and respond promptly to any issues that could negatively impact on the estates and neighbourhoods.
* Follow policy and procedures to deal effectively with fly‑tipping, neighbourhood nuisance, ASB and other issues that affect shared spaces CHP is responsible for.


What We Are Looking For

* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
* Proven experience in delivering housing or estate management services, such as responding to ASB, domestic abuse, safeguarding concerns, providing housing‑related support, managing communal spaces and estates, completing tenancy administration tasks, or letting properties.
* Strong planning and organisational capabilities with a methodical and precise approach to work.
* Proficient IT skills, including Excel, office systems and CRM databases.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal competencies.
* Availability to work between the office and travelling out on our estates, Monday‑Friday.
