Reed FE are working with a College in Stoke and are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join the team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of qualifications from Level 1 to Level 3. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting learners to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours for progression into employment or further study within the health and social care sector.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students across various levels of qualifications.
* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to promote learning and improvement.
* Develop and utilise a variety of teaching materials and approaches to suit different learning styles and ensure all students are engaged.
* Monitor and support the progress and development of students, providing additional support where necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
* Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
* A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed).
* Experience in teaching and assessing student work in Health and Social Care.
* Strong knowledge of the curriculum and qualifications within the health and social care sector from Level 1 to Level 3.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
