Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hamilton for a Trainee Logistics Coordinator. The role involves assisting with day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery. The Trainee Logistics Coordinator will also work closely with the supply chain team to streamline processes and improve efficiency while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve logistics processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams
Some basic Knowledge or experience in customer service would be advantageous
The ability to ensure client satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and adapt to changing priorities
