We are partnering with a disrupting and highly respected property business looking to appoint an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-let office assets across Central London.



This is a key role within a business that takes a hands-on, value-driven approach to asset performance, where facilities management plays an integral part in tenant satisfaction, asset positioning, and long-term value creation. In the current occupational market, the ability to think creatively around service delivery, workplace experience, and cost efficiency is more important than ever.



As Senior Facilities Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering a best-in-class FM service across a varied office portfolio, ensuring assets are well maintained, efficiently run, and aligned with wider asset management strategies.



Key responsibilities include:


* Overseeing the day-to-day facilities management of a multi-let office portfolio
* Managing and developing managing agents and service partners to ensure high-quality delivery
* Preparing and controlling service charge budgets, ensuring transparency and cost efficiency
* Driving tenant engagement and experience initiatives to support retention and leasing strategies
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and ESG requirements
* Identifying opportunities to enhance building performance, including sustainability initiatives and smart building solutions
* Supporting asset management initiatives, including refurbishments, repositioning projects, and capital works
* Producing detailed reports for internal stakeholders and investors on operational performance



We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware FM professional who understands the direct link between building performance and asset value.


You will ideally have proven experience in facilities management of multi-let commercial assets, ideally offices and strong knowledge of service charge management and compliance requirements.
