We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Multi-drop Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.
Please note that candidates will be required to attend a 2-day induction.
Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturdays as and when required, start times between 04:00am
- 06:00am.
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour PAYE.
Location: Warrington, WA5.
Job Type: Temp to perm.
The role: Multi-drop deliveries (food industry) and delivering to a wide range of customers on pre-planned routes.
Picking products/orders on the rear of the vehicle as part of the delivery process.
Deliveries will include carrying stock into kitchens/ customer premises.
Maintain physical fitness, as the role involves handball, sack truck, roll cage and pallet truck usage.
Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism when interacting with customers and dealing with any issues as they arise.
Ensuring paperwork and invoices are correctly processed.
Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
Have at least 6 months of experience driving the relevant vehicle.
Have multi-drop experience, in the food industry would be beneficial Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
Full understanding of WTD legislation.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Availability for early morning shifts and occasional weekend work.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Physical fitness and capability to handle manual handling. xjlbheb
