Salary: £42,700 – £47,156 per annum, with a market supplement of £8,000 per annum (reviewed after 12 months)
Location: Brentwood

We are seeking an experienced or newly qualified Building Control professional to join our modern, customer-focused team. You will ensure building compliance and safety for residents and visitors.
You will manage a variety of building control projects, including large housing developments and commercial projects, and develop relationships with architects, developers, and clients.
Brentwood is a vibrant borough with a population of 75,000, featuring high streets, villages, parks, and excellent transport links, including proximity to airports and London.
Requirements include substantial relevant experience, membership of RICS, CABE, or CIOB, and registration as a building inspector with the Building Safety Regulator (minimum class 2 category A).
