Facilities Maintenance Operative- Poole-Up to £33,699

We are working with an established estates service looking to recruit a Multi-Site Facilities Technician to join a small, supportive team working across a cluster of sites.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys working across different environments and taking responsibility for ensuring buildings are safe, secure, and fully operational. You will play a key role in maintaining safe, well-presented, and functional sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple sites
* Support general building upkeep including basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and minor repairs
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health & safety standards are maintained
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures at all times
* Work independently and as part of a small site team
* Assist with setting up rooms and supporting site events when required
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and issues reported
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or site-based role
* Practical, hands-on skills in general building maintenance tasks
* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach
* Must be happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
