As Deputy Manager at Miller & Carter – Garforth, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
Deputy Manager – Responsibilities
* Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
* Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
* Be the role model and guide development within your team.
* Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life’s memorable moments.
* Strive towards and achieve business targets.
