The role offers exposure to high-value, market-leading work, with transactions regularly exceeding £100m. The firm advises an enviable client base including high-growth businesses, private equity houses, entrepreneurs, hedge funds and high net worth individuals, and is recognised for its strength in complex, fast-moving investment environments.
The team advises across the full life cycle of venture capital transactions, from early-stage and growth investments through to later-stage funding rounds, exits and liquidity events. The firm offers a well-resourced, collaborative platform with strong deal flow and institutional relationships, making this an attractive opportunity for a VC partner seeking high-quality work, sophisticated clients and a prominent Central London base.
To be considered for this role, you should be an established partner of several years with a recognised London practice. A solid book is also essential. The firm offers a great working environment, flexible working options and with PEP in excess of £1M the financial rewards will be significant.
