Job Details: Job Title : Refuse Loader / Waste Operative
Pay : £13.69 per hour (PAYE)
Hours : Monday to Friday, early starts
Minimum Pay : 8 hours guaranteed per day
Location : Colchester and surrounding areas
The Role: Assisting the driver by loading household waste or recycling onto the truck
Working as part of a team on set collection routes
Walking long distances and lifting wheelie bins or bags
Ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times
Requirements: Good level of physical fitness this is an active, outdoor role
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Safety-conscious with a positive attitude
Previous experience in waste or manual labour roles is a bonus, but not essential
What Youll Get: Weekly PAYE pay direct to your bank
8-hour minimum pay per shift, even if the round finishes early
