TEAM LEAD ADVERT AND JOB SPECIFICATIONBased in the rapidly growing technology service hub of Belfast, Northern Ireland, we provide bespoke music metadata services to international clients within the media industry.JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Team LeadWorking Hours: 35 hours per weekwith hybrid working and flexible shift patterns available between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.Salary Range: £23,962.00 (£25,465.00 after probation) to £27,114.88 per annum. Potential to earn up to £3000 per annum in performance related bonuses.We will provide the essential IT equipment to support hybrid working. Applicants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable and reliable broadband connection at home.We offer a range of benefits to our colleagues including:Hybrid working with a minimum requirement of 2 days of office attendance per week.Flexible full time shift patterns between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.Annual leave increases with service length.Employee Assistance Programme, in conjunction with Inspire Workplace, giving all employees free access to a range of mental health support services.Bonus scheme available for relevant roles.Learning and development opportunities.Access to our corporate private health care plan with Vitality Health Insurance.Social interaction to promote a healthy life/work balance.On Music is a family friendly, equality and diversity compliant and award-winning company, part of the wider Compact Media Group.Purpose: To effectively manage the day-to-day operations within the team, developing a high standard of care and communication.Key Responsibility AreasWork directly to the Client Account ManagerWith your manager, formulate and implement company strategies in relation to client care issues and policiesDevelop an acceptable level of knowledge in relation to:All client systems, policies and data processesTechnical requirements by any client or in-house systemAny other processes, workflows as required by On MusicProvide training for new users as directed and agreed including documentation and feedbackMaintain excellent client relationshipsProvide ad hoc reports to your manager or clients on team processing achievements in relation to targetsUse site visits and meetings as necessary to promote the company products and servicesManage team performance achieving company working practices and any client requirementsManage team performance to ensure client requirements are reachedDevelop personal improvement plans for staff under your care where applicableProvide guidance and support to any team member as requiredGeneralAttend all meetings as requiredLiaise effectively with internal managementTo provide cover when and as agreed with the Senior Management teamTo adhere to the terms, conditions and good practices of the company within the On Music Colleague HandbookAny other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed with the Managing DirectorEssentialDesirableExperience Experience mentoring team members and providing basic workflow training Experience working with large datasets in a target driven environment Experience producing training materials (e.g. user guides)Experience in basic people management (e.g. performance reviews, development plans) 1 years experience, gained in the last 3 years, of managing a team of 3 or more individuals in a target driven industry Experience in a client facing role.Knowledge/SkillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsGCSE Mathematics and English Grade C or aboveExperience of delivering presentations and trainingA formal qualification in Microsoft ExcelCompetencies/BehavioursStrong leadership skillsAnalytically orientated/problem solver Highly motivated, can do attitude Attention to detailPlease note, On Music retain the right to enhance the selection criteria in the event of an unprecedent response.Applicants must be 16 or over and must meet the criteria laid out in the person specification above.Please download an application pack from Company Website / Careers - (Please see Application Pack)Applications must be submitted electronically to HR e-mail (Please see Application Pack)The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Wednesday 17th June 2026 at 5pm.WHJS1_NI
