Working closely with the Head of Talent Development and wider team, this role will oversee the delivery of our core Group development offering, touching all areas of our business, with a real focus on helping our managers be the best they can be As a Talent Development Manager at Global, you will: Key Responsibilities Design, delivery and success of our core development offering, to include the full L&D cycle from needs analysis, design and delivery, facilitation, coaching and measuring the impact of learning activities Work closely with managers to support them in being great. Leading on our management development programmes and initiatives and work closely with managers to support them in driving performance Support the HoD on all talent development initiatives to include talent mapping, succession planning and HiPo schemes Management of learning.global, our Learning Management System, to provide engaging training that can be accessed anytime, anywhere Act as the project-lead for talent development projects Support the HoD with managing the annual development budget to ensure maximum ROI Please note that this role does not have line management duties What You’ll Love About This Role 1. Better Together : Collaborating with People Partners to support with wider P&C initiatives What Success Looks Like In your first few months, you’ll have: Facilitated engaging ‘Powerskills’ sessions, receiving positive feedback from Globallers and demonstrating clear learning outcomes Partnered with stakeholders to understand learning needs and started shaping development initiatives that align with business priorities Supported the HoD in starting the process of talent mapping across multiple business areas What You’ll Need Expertise and experience managing a company-wide learning & development portfolio, to include a focus on improving management capability A strong understanding of learning and development best practice Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders The ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced business
