Role and Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage stocks, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Handle administrative tasks such as rotas and reporting.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar senior role in a busy restaurant or pub setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu development.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
