Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Lancaster
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts every 4 weeks
* AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
* PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
* Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
* Contract Type: Ongoing position

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensure products meet quality standards throughout the production process
* Complete relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
* Report any issues, faults, or deviations to Key Operatives or Team Leaders
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow health & safety guidelines and company procedures
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work rotating shifts
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for completing paperwork
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
