Job Description
My client who are based in Castle Donington are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role although some flexibility in hours could be considered. The position is office based.
The Compliance Administrator will coordinate and manage day-to-day compliance administration across the group. This is a hands-on role requiring a confident individual who is comfortable chasing colleagues for documentation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met in full and on time.
You will act as the central liaison between internal teams and the outsourced compliance provider, ensuring information is collated, records are maintained, and submissions are completed accurately and to deadline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for the outsourced compliance provider and coordinate services across the group
2. Monitor compliance deadlines and proactively chase outstanding documentation
3. Collate compliance data for audits, internal officers, and management reporting
4. Support internal file reviews and external audits, tracking corrective actions
5. Organise compliance training and maintain training records
6. Provide day-to-day administrative compliance support, escalating technical issues where required
Skills & Experience
7. Strong administrative background, ideally within professional services.
8. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
9. Confident communicator, comfortable following up to ensure completion of tasks
10. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
