Job Duties:
- Providing support to students with special educational needs - Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons - Implementing individual education plans for students - Supporting students with their social and emotional development - Collaborating with teaching staff and parents to ensure student progress
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with special education needs - Previous teaching experience - Passion for teaching and supporting students
Education:
- Relevant educational qualification in special education or teaching
Experience:
- Proven experience in supporting students with special educational needs - Previous experience in a teaching or education setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong behaviour management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to adapt to different learning styles - Proactive approach to supporting student learning - Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in special education needs - Certification in behaviour management techniques
