Job Overview
We are a growing interior residential fit-out subcontractor delivering high-quality works across multiple live residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on site, manage subcontract trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
The role involves managing several sites concurrently, liaising closely with main contractors, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations across multiple residential fit-out projects
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality standards
* Maintain high levels of health & safety compliance on all sites
* Conduct site inspections, quality checks and snagging
* Liaise with main contractors, site teams and clients
* Manage materials, deliveries and logistics
* Report on progress, delays and issues to senior management
* Ensure works are completed to specification and client expectations
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential interior fit-out
* Strong site management or project management background
* Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
* Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
* SMSTS / SSSTS (preferred)
* First Aid (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
