Commercial Manager – Defence Infrastructure & Facilities Location: Security Clearance: A key player in the Defence infrastructure space is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial delivery of large-scale facilities and estate projects across the South West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional to support nationally significant programmes, ensuring robust contract management, cost control, and commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead commercial management across multiple infrastructure and facilities projects
Manage cost planning, forecasting, and change control in line with contractual frameworks
Support risk management and resolution of contractual issues
Strong experience in commercial or contract management within Defence, construction, or infrastructure sectors
Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 or other government contract forms
Familiarity with MOD commercial procedures is highly desirable
Active Security Clearance (SC) – essential
