I am working with a busy Service Desk team in central Glasgow looking for an additional IT Service Desk Analyst for an immediate contract role. This is a fully onsite position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office and providing hands-on support across a range of Microsoft technologies.
I am therefore keen to speak with someone who has
Solid background in 1st and 2nd line support
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD and Intune
Familiarity with Remote Desktop Services and business application support
Ability to manage and prioritise tickets effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Main responsibilities:
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops and peripherals
Administering Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
Supporting users with SharePoint and other business tools
Logging and managing incidents via a ticketing system
Working collaboratively with IT colleagues to maintain service quality
