We're looking for a Compliance Analyst, Business Conduct Based in London and reporting into the Compliance Manager, Business Conduct this is an important role within our international Compliance team, supporting the culture of compliance and good governance across a range of Hamilton group companies. The role holder will be well-organised and proactive, using their knowledge, experience and skills to assist the Compliance Manager to provide timely, top-quality compliance advice to a range of business stakeholders and to the firms' governing bodies. In doing so, the capability to 'see the big picture beyond the task at hand', as well as a strong detail orientation, will be crucial to success. What you will do Assist the Compliance Manager (Business Conduct) in the following areas: Provision of regulatory and procedural advice in respect of all matters relating to business conduct (including product governance, customer outcomes, distribution, service provision and complaint handling), based on relevant jurisdictional specific regulatory requirements, and Hamilton group policy Assist with the development and maintenance of the Hamilton's Product Governance framework, policies, procedures and record keeping Carry out those responsibilities assigned to Compliance under the Product Governance Framework Assist with Product Assessments (member of Product Assessment Team) Monitor Customer Outcomes, including the preparation of MI / dashboards Fulfil the actions assigned to Compliance re. Broker and Cover Holder onboarding and reviews Fulfil the actions assigned to Compliance re. Complaint Handling, including record keeping and regulatory returns Respond to referrals, questions and information requests from business stakeholders concerning all aspects of Business Conduct Assist with the implementation and ongoing functioning and effectiveness of the firm's Product Governance tools and processes Determine appropriate actions in the event of issues arising, including the output from the Product Oversight Group and other internal forums Investigate Business Conduct related matters in the event of issues arising and potential / actual breaches of regulation / law Co-ordination of the reporting Product Governance matters to relevant regulators and other government agencies, including breaches Assist the Compliance Manager (Advisory) with the preparation and delivery of training and horizon scanning vis.
