As Student Engagement Associate, your role will include:
1. Lead Generation and Sales Outreach
Actively approach prospective students, parents, and visitors in and around the Space Sales Hub Use confident, friendly, and persuasive communication to introduce Space Student Accommodation and create interest Drive prospects into the Space Sales Hub or encourage them to book a viewing Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the sales team for follow up Support street level campaigns across South Street and key university locations to boost visibility Record all leads accurately within the CRM system
Sales Engagement and Conversion Support
Provide clear, engaging information about the benefits of choosing Space Student Accommodation Recognise buying signals and guide prospects towards the next step in the sales journey Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine messages that resonate with students and parents Assist with on site promotions, competitions, and events that support conversion goals
Customer Interaction
Deliver an excellent first impression to anyone entering the Space Sales Hub Manage light touch tourist information enquiries, for example directions or local points of interest Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional environment that supports sales activity
Collaboration and Performance
Share daily feedback on footfall, lead quality, and outreach performance Work alongside the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads Contribute ideas to strengthen outreach strategy and improve lead generation outcomes Support wider marketing and promotional activities when required
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
2. Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar role.
3. Highly confident speaking to people in person with a natural ability to engage and persuade
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Target driven mindset with enthusiasm for outreach and sales activity
6. Positive, energetic, and resilient
7. Organised and reliable with a proactive approach to work
