Residential Property Paralegal Are you a motivated Paralegal with a passion for property law? The Role: You will work closely with experienced Fee Earners and a supportive team to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. Responsibilities include: Handling your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervision. Updating clients and introducers on progress. Raising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses and preparing detailed client reports. Managing pre-exchange and completion matters. Ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service throughout. About You: Previous experience in a law firm environment with exposure to residential conveyancing or wider property work. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. GCSE passes in English and Maths (Grade C or above); a law degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable. Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach. Strong time management and ability to work independently.
