The Opportunity
This is a proactive, relationship-focused position where you will be responsible for starting conversations with prospective clients, understanding their challenges, and identifying where tailored information services can support their goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building an understanding of target markets and identifying suitable organisations
* Exploring client challenges and assessing potential fit for data and insight services
* Coordinating discovery calls, briefings, and product demonstrations
* Accurately updating CRM systems with activity and opportunity data
* Collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues to improve outreach approaches
Training & Progression
* Comprehensive onboarding and induction programme
* Guided training on products, markets, and commercial approach
* Ongoing 1-to-1 support, coaching, and feedback
* Clear development pathway towards Account Management or Senior Sales roles
Salary & Benefits
* £28,000 - £32,000 base salary depending on experience
* Three month training programme to support you in your role
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Hybrid role in Falmouth with a close-knit team environment
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
