This role requires an enthusiastic person who wants to make a difference for a person with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Reliability, punctuality and good communication skills are essential for this role.
The hours will be over Mon- Sunday during the daytime. You will be required to support the person with activities of daily living and attending clinical appointments[ as required]. You will be expected to undertake duties to maintain a safe environment for the person. You will be required to undertake mandatory and specific care training to ensure safe delivery of services.
As part of a small team you will need good communication skills, compassion and reliability to make a difference.
