You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver solutions to leading asset managers and related organizations globally.
Role Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver complex consulting engagements with diverse stakeholders, often in regulated environments.
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships, demonstrating impactful advisory skills.
* Lead teams and support the development of our Asset Management practice through mentoring and initiatives.
* Identify and develop sales opportunities, creating value-driven propositions.
* Create thought leadership assets to enhance market presence.
* Develop offerings within the Asset Management practice and support growth strategies.
* Champion change initiatives that add value to clients and the firm.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of Asset Management consulting experience, either in a consulting firm or in-house within a large asset management organization.
* Proven ability to structure and deliver complex consulting projects with significant client impact.
* Deep client relationship skills and industry knowledge.
* Understanding of asset management and asset servicing industry trends and technologies.
* Leadership experience in managing teams and projects, with familiarity with project management methodologies.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Deep industry expertise, including front-to-back processes.
* Knowledge of industry ecosystems, trends, and emerging technologies.
* Experience in operational and technological transformation projects.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Educational background at Bachelor's level or higher, or equivalent experience.
