As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Duties:
* Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
* Assist with daily activities such as bathing/showering and dressing
* Help individuals with mobility and transfers
* Administer medication according to care plans
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
* Document and communicate any changes or concerns regarding the individual's condition
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, in English
* Valid driver's license and ability to drive to different locations
* Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
* Have a smart phone
