COURSE MANAGER We are seeking an experienced, motivated and forward‑thinking Golf Course Manager to take responsibility for the presentation, maintenance and long‑term stewardship of our golf course and associated grounds. This is a key leadership role, focused on delivering consistently high playing standards through efficient, sustainable course management, while fostering positive working relationships with staff, members and visitors. The successful candidate will lead by example, promoting a professional, friendly and co‑operative image at all times and ensuring the course is maintained to the highest standards with due regard for environmental responsibility. About The Role KEY TASKS SUMMARY Maintain and present all areas of the golf course to a high standard. Set up the course daily and manage turf care, repairs, pests and diseases. Plan and deliver maintenance, renovation and construction projects within budget. Operate and maintain machinery, irrigation and drainage systems. Lead, train and manage staff, including performance and staffing costs. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
