About the Role:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of manufacturing operations-designing, developing, and implementing systems and processes that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You'll work across departments, supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs), solving complex production challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement projects that drive performance and reduce costs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage manufacturing and assembly projects, from planning to execution.
Develop capital and expense budgets to support operational needs.
Collaborate across engineering and production teams to support smooth NPI integration.
Analyse and enhance manufacturing bay performance and support cost-per-hour reduction goals.
