Foundry Operative - Rotating Shift
We are looking for a Foundry Operative for our industry leading client based in Droitwich.
Hours: Rotating Shifts - Mon -Th 5.45am to 13.45pm Fri 5.45am to 11.45am / Mon - Th 2pm to 10pm Fri 12.00pm to 19.05pm
Pay: £14.49 per hour
As a Foundry Operative, you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting with polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
2. General labouring duties around the Foundry department
3. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements
4. Working to manufacturing processes within a team
Production Operative Requirements:
5. Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role can be physically demanding
6. A keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality finish
7. Previous factory, Foundry or Labouring experence is essential
8. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
