1:1 Teaching Assistant - Hampton

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to provide 1:1 support for a Year 7 student who is currently disengaged from learning. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who present challenging behaviour and will be confident in implementing effective strategies to encourage classroom participation and engagement.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience supporting students with behavioural challenges
Ability to build positive relationships and promote inclusion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, resilient, and solution-focused approachWorking hours:
Monday to Friday but split across 2 sites, therefore, access to a car would be advantageous.
